analysts with over 60 years combined experience in shipping. Our analysts
have broad industry experiences, including commercial management as ship-owners at
a senior management level, experience in ship brokerage, and long careers as
shipping market analysts. We work as a close and independent advisor for a
growing number of clients. ViaMar AS's sole commercial activity is the
production of analytical reports, data and research support in a close and
confidential manner. We function as an out-of-house analyst for ship-owners,
traders, charterers and financial institutions.

key oil importing regions; the United States, OECD Europe, Japan and Other Asia.

Oil market developments such as oil consumption, domestic production and
total oil imports in the key importing regions, and non-OPEC and OPEC oil
production.

Based on the above assumptions and evaluations, we estimate total
seaborne trade of crude oil and refined oil products and total demand for
tankers measured in dwt.

The supply side will be analysed
through a study of the ordering activity, deliveries and scrapping of tanker and
combined carriers, measured in dwt.

Through
a comparison of supply and demand, we will estimate the future
tanker tonnage balance, utilisation rate, and utilise this to develop
forecasts of tanker freight rate with focus on standard Product tankers, Aframax tankers and VLCC’s.
